Shipping

  • We keep our product prices as low as possible, unfortunately this means we can’t offer free shipping. Although thanks to the extensive range of couriers we use we’re able to provide a fantastic selection of shipping options at extremely competitive rates. Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the products you buy, so will vary from product to product.
  • Customers who are shipping to countries outside of the UK should be aware of that the prices on our website do not include any customs charges. These vary depending on the country and on certain occasions you may have to cover these additional costs when you receive your order.
  • Shipping costs can vary for many reasons; per country we deliver to, the product you are purchasing, the website you are browsing and the currency you are shopping in. Due to the ever-changing global situation and frequent price changes across the courier network, in some rare cases, orders shipping to countries outside of the UK may incur a surcharge post-purchase. In this case we will contact you to discuss your order before dispatch.
  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and it’s winging its way over to you, you’ll receive an email update including full tracking details so you can check the progress on the relevant courier’s website.
  • You can also do this by quickly logging in to your account on our website.

Returns

  • Of course you can. Providing it’s within 14 days of purchase, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.
  • Please note: We do not accept returns or refund purchases for customised or custom sized items, this includes custom sized netting.
